To register for our classes a registration fee is required along with payment for the course. The registration fee is non-refundable. A re-enrollment fee of $25 is charged when a child withdraws from the program and re-enrolls at any given time. No portion of payment for our classes is refunded or credited in the event of child's absence, withdrawal or dismissal from our summers camp. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

At times it may be necessary to reschedule classes due to weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, make up days will be announced.

 

From time to time, photos and videos will be taken of student's activities, etc.. By registering for our classes you grant permission to VR Orlando Rentals to take and use: photographs, digital media and/or video of your child for promotional purposes including flyers, brochures, newspapers and on the internet. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, school websites or other electronic communications. By registering for our classes you also authorize the use of your child's photograph for these purposes without the expectation of compensation.

 

By registering for our classes, Parents are aware that their child will be using a Virtual Reality headset during portions of the class and grants VR Orlando Rentals permission for their child to use these headsets. By using the Virtual Reality headsets, the Parent assumes the risk that the equipment may not be suitable to all children and the Parent is to hold VR Orlando Rentals harmless to the extent such injuries or harms to the child, and are not covered or was disclaimed under the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty.
